Sites have been restructured - check old links, and let me know if any new ones fail.
All sites operational.

NOTE: Some links in older updates may be out of date.
Nick Lea: Thanks to L.C. Sulla, we have a rare and fabulous shot of Nicholas Lea, here and here.
Bugfixing: I'm really sorry, people - I didn't realise the Mimi entry page links were broken after the Fredfarm crash. They're fixed now. The internal site was always there, and apparently some people got to it from the search engines, but the IP address changed. Sorry about that.
Apology: It has come to my attention that part of the Annabeth news item earlier this week (specifically the comment about Annabeth's joy at marrying her best friend) came from an overheard conversation, and not something said in general company. My apologies to both Annabeth and GishPhile, to whom the comments were made.
Scott Bairstow: Scott Bairstow, who played Samuel Hartley in 1x17 Miracle Man and also appeared in Chris Carter's Harsh Realm, is facing child rape charges over allegations that he abused a girl in his wife's family over a five year period. Thanks to Lucky for the heads-up.
William B Davis: Marie-Eve has a wonderful report from William B Davis' latest project, Copenhagen, by Montreal's Centaur Theatre Company. The report is in French, but you can still check out the pictures if you're linguistically-challeged.
Buy For Bethie Competition: The Buy For Bethie online store, specialising in Annabeth Gish-related merchandise to benefit charities of her choice, has a competition to create a logo. Get the details here.
Deep Background: Many fanfiction authors have missed Deep Background, the information resource on such practicalities as FBI procedures and the like. Well, thanks to the wonderful Keleka, it's back! See it here.
Robert Patrick: Robert is currently filming Ladder 49 in the Baltimore area and surrounds. Laura has wonderful pictures and information from the set - take a look!
Season 7 Extras: Gertiebeth has lots of DVD screen captures from cut Season 7 scenes, including the extended Krycek/Marita shower scene. See them here. There are also grabs from the featurette The Truth About Season 7, including some nice shots of Tea Leoni, here.
Travellers Captures: A friend of mine needed DVD screen captures for Travellers, and they were nowhere to be found! So, I've put up over 400 of them. Be warned - they're dark, and I haven't checked them for blurry or otherwise unsatisfactory images. If you want them for some specific purpose, you'll need to choose and lighten them yourselves. But they're there for anyone who wants them.
Meanwhile, watch for another update on the weekend or Monday. I still need to do this month's Xine.
One Year Today: It's one year today since The Truth first aired. The fandom is a little smaller, but also, IMO, a little stronger. A lot of the infighting has died down and people are happier to live and let live. It's nice - real nice. Thank you all for being here. I'm so proud of where we've been and what we've become.
Annabeth: It's been rumoured for a while now that Annabeth and longtime boyfriend Wade Allen were planning to marry. Today we have confirmation - at a preview screening last night, Annabeth referred to Wade as her future husband and said that it was a great thing to marry [her] best friend. She wore an engagement ring and by all accounts was very happy. Many thanks to SciFiNerdGrl who wrote to tell us about it. Congratulations, Annabeth and Wade!
All Things Annabeth: Annabeth has also been in touch with GishPhile over at ATA, and will now be using the site to communicate her doings to her fans. She's just wrapped up filming of Knots. ATA is a truly wonderful site, and I can think of no better avenue for this. Congratulations, GishPhile!
Sketch Art Site: I've drawn three new sketches, one each of Laurie Holden, Annabeth Gish, and Lucy Lawless. I also have a new art site, Impart. This is my "respectable" art site, which was needed because I sketched for a charity auction recently. Basically, Impart is for artwork that is sketched or otherwise created from scratch, or works with sources used with permission. I will be making a new site for the rest of my art soon - this will replace Artistique.
Mitchly Happenings: Mitch Pileggi's (Skinner) new series, Tarzan And Jane has been picked up for a season. There's a lovely poster here, with a new photo of Mitch and the other supporting cast.
Artworks: I've updated Immortal Beloved with a new Knowle/Shannon collage by Cassie (in Creatives), and Neither Allegiance Nor Price with a new Mulder/Diana artwork by Linzee. Also, Azar has made a lovely Byers/Susanne Modeski artwork - see it at P2K.
Season 6: Well, the Season 7 DVDs came out Stateside last week, but we only just got Season 6 earlier this week. I've captured a few of the missing scenes. The scene in which Krycek learned that CSM has chosen a successor, cut from Two Fathers, is available from Blondie's Ratcave, and the scene in which Diana and Jeffrey discuss his mother, cut from One Son, can be found temporarily here (1.6MB zipped RealPlayer). This scene has me really excited - it just screams Jeffrey/Diana UST. I'll take the clip down in a week or two, but it will probably turn up at Mimi Magic later.
XFMU: The late-season-friendly list and site XF Most Unwanted has expanded, and now welcomes stories involving all S8/9 characters, including Knowle, Shannon, Yves, Jimmy, Agent Crane, Barbara Doggett, and so on. Thanks, Lara, for giving those of us who enjoyed those seasons a home.
Thank you: Many thanks to everyone who wrote to me about the US magazine - I've sourced a scan, and it looks like I might have sourced a clipping as well. Thank you all so much for checking your collections, and for generally indulging me, too!
US Magazine Plea: Does anyone have the November 1997 edition of US magazine with the Gillian cover? There's a two page article on Lucy Lawless I'd like to get my hands on. If so, would you be willing to do high-res scans for me (say 2500 pixels high) or part with the clippings? If so, please let me know!
Mulder's Office: The set for Mulder's office has been installed at the Hollywood Entertainment Museum. LibertyBelle went and took a look, and has the pictures to prove it! See them here.
Nick News: Nicholas Lea (Krycek) and John Neville (WMM) will star in the forthcoming movie Moving Malcolm. NickLea.com reports that the movie is shooting now in Vancouver.
Brad Follmer: A friend wanted some all-too-rare captures of Brad Follmer for a collage, and I was happy to oblige with eighteen DVD screen caps of him from the UK/Australian Nothing Important Happened Today, including three from the extras. Get them here.
Fixes Galore: I rock. Today I answered 146 emails and fixed all sorts of things. The main thing is the image galleries, with a little help from the lovely Gertie. That resolves the problems at TYA and Immortal Beloved. I also seem to have fixed the search function at ArchiveCentral. Bugfixing aside, the all-too-many agenda items I knocked over today are:
Blondie's Ratcave: Updated with just one new fic by Vanzetti, plus a gallery of 149 DVD screen captures of Alex and Marita in The Truth. Yes, that's right, DVD. See? Living "down under" has its perks now and then, after all!
Neither Allegiance Nor Price: The Mulder/Diana fanlisting has been updated with lots of new Mulder/Diana fic in the Extras section. Revelation by Maidenjedi is particularly lovely.
Literatti: I have a new, short story up today. Hybrid Kisses is a bittersweet moment between Knowle and Shannon the night before their transformation. I'm working idly on a few stories at the moment - a Krycek/Marita, another Knowle/Shannon, and my contribution to the Doggett Manwhore challenge (which appears to be developing a plot in spite of myself, *natch*).
The Harem: The Wives have been busy writing, so we have a fic update at the Harem as well. Stand by for Doggett smut next update, for this month's challenge is a strictly tongue-in-cheek Doggett Manwhore challenge. See Doggett satisfy the lusty desires of our lovely Other Women! See the Wives stretch plot contrivance to its limits!
Unusual Suspects: In my travels this week, I came across The Unusual Suspects Theatre Company. This LA-based charitable organisation supports troubled teens and introduces them to acting and playwriting. It was founded by Laura Leigh Hughes, who played Kersh's secretary in Triangle, Dreamland, and Provenance (left). It's a worthwhile cause - check it out, and maybe drop a donation their way if you can.
Fredfarm: Gertie, who graciously hosts a number of our sites on Fredfarm, suffered a server hard drive crash this week. Some sites were temporarily reverted to the February backup as a result. I've re-uploaded, and the sites are almost back to normal, however a handful of image galleries are still down until a PHP setting can be changed. The affected galleries are the Ratcave's The Truth gallery, Immortal Beloved's galleries, and Thank You Annabeth's Race To Space gallery. They will be back up as soon as that setting can be changed - I'm hoping by the end of the weekend.
Happy Birthday Steph: I was interstate and missed the boat on this one, but Steph, of Philedom2K, had a birthday a couple of days ago. There's a thread over at the P2K forums with heaps of lovely birthday artwork - head on over and take a look! My personal favourite is Lucky's men of the X Files one. While you're there, you might like to post a nod to Steph. You might remember that Steph pretty much bailed out the entire XF music video industry when the free sites started cracking down on bandwidth two years ago. She hosts the vast majority of music videos in the fandom, including mine. Steph, thank you.
Thank You Annabeth: The auction was a great success, with almost every item sold, and around US$1100 raised. Now comes the hard part - tracking money and sending out all the parcels! Many thanks to my wonderful team, Kristen K2, Shahara Zade, and GishPhile of All Things Annabeth. I'll keep you posted as we send off money to the Children's Hospital of New Mexico and start to wrap things up.
Lucy Multimedia: I'm still on my Lucy Lawless kick, and I figured I'd share a few links. There's some great Lucy photos here. Frenzy has Lucy's appearance on Craig Kilborn and her S9 EPK interview as well. ForevaXena has some great clips here - don't miss the Access Hollywood and Tonight Show clips. Finally, don't miss hearing her sing at the New Zealand film industry's pre-Oscar's bash, here. Enjoy! Lucy is about to start filming her new movie, The Ugly Americans - the film, by Montecito (who also produced Evolution), is being shot in Prague.
Musea: There's a heap of new fanfic recommendations at Museans, including a lovely rec for my story Eschaton (available from Literatti). Thanks, guys! And don't forget to check out the other recs while you're there.
Fantastic Visions: Azar, who you may know from fanfic and who is a queen of even more unusual ships than I am, has started a lovely multi-fandom video recommendations page, including XF. There's a few of my vids there, a few by Linzee, and a few I'd never seen before and was thrilled to make their acquaintance. Take a look!
Yet another home: A site I thought had disappeared from the web has a new home! Yet Another Lone Gunmen Site is alive and well, with the usual images and video clips. Good to see you guys again!
Thank You Chris Carter: The TYCC domain has expired, as previously advised. You can still view the site in the short term here - I'm still deciding whether to keep the site up in some way. I did receive a kind offer by email to help in this area, which I will need to track down in the ruins of my in-tray, but I'll keep you posted.
